HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS WORKSHOP​
Join us for a very important workshop by the City of Tallahassee on July 8, 2023 at 5:45 PM (right before our Town Hall Meeting at the Lake Jackson Community Center!). Please let us know by July 6, 2023 if you plan on attending so we can save you a Hurricane Preparedness Kit.

The highlights of the agenda will be to hear from our homeowners because we value and believe that everyone has the right to be heard. There will also be an upcoming vote to revise the current Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs), and we will allow time to discuss and clarify any questions about the proposed changes. Your voice and your vote as a homeowner in our community matters. Please make every effort to attend!

DECEMBER HOA MEETING RESCHEDULED
Our HOA Meeting for December 11, 2022 has been rescheduled to Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 11am to 1pm at the Lake Jackson Community Center. All homeowners must make every effort to attend as we will be discussing our annual budget and voting on proposed changes to the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs).

FREE FIGS
There is a huge fig tree in our common area full of figs. Residents are welcome to come and pick them. The tree will be trimmed back Friday, July 22, 2022!

WE NEED YOUR HELP
Our HOA Board has recently cleared away a pile of debris from our common area. Please come and join us on Saturday, July 23 from 7am - 9am to finish the job. If everyone pitches in we can get our common area cleared away and ready for our community to enjoy! See our flyer for details!
